Is Fizz Ext down?

today the data seems to have stopped working for several people.

Someone reported that Fizz Ext is down, and that's the reason.

Is it the reason Fizz???

also why don't you answer tweets or he chat bubble etc? You said the chat works 24/7, but it says something about your 'schedule is off" and your not there...

Have your tried restarting your phone?

Which area are you?
If you are within the subscription area, you can set the network mode to automatic.
If you are within coverage area, you will need to have roaming enabled.
Otherwise, if you are outside of your plan coverage area, you will need to have a travel add-on.

If the problem continues, you can contact customer support by chat:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-make-sure-my-mobile-servi...
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Yes it seems a problem with the android version, I do not have that problem with my android at the moment

Have you update your Android recently? Mine says up todate, version 11.

I did some tests, and I am able to use only the 3G Fizz Ext (Bell and rogers)

Can you try to disable the 4G and select manually Bell or Rogers 3G

Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks

iPhone: Settings → Operators

It is not coming from us. This is Fizz networking issues. We are a lot of people without internet today.
