I'm activating my SIM and creating a plan. I'm in the step that asks for credit card info and so far there was no field to enter the referral code. Where can I enter the referral code?

The issue has been resolved.
Found it in the next step.12 -
Hi Mohammad
You can add the referral code at the very end of the subscription process, in the entry titled Referral on the page of the order summary for your very 1st plan created on the account only.
Make sure to click on the green button next to it to apply the code!
