Referral code when adding new plan?

I would like to know if it’s possible to add a referral code to my plan. I am with fizz with my phone and my brother has internet with fizz. He sent me his referral code so I could have internet as well be I don’t know how to use his code (is that even possible since I have my phone plan?)

    you need to open a new account, only then you can use the referral code
