Why is my reception so spotty in Englewood Florida and getting invalid sim card errors?

The reception is very spotty and it seems I'm constantly rebooting the phone to get rid if 'no service' or 'invalid simm card' error.

It could be the partner mobile provider having issues with their tower or their validating of your SIM card. Does it occur when you drive around (connect to different cell towers)
