Phome number in not on servive when I try to call?

I try to call my mom who is with fizz mobile and each time I try to call her, I get the message: the phone is not on service. Her number is ***********.
I know the number is in service because a payment was taking yesterday from my bank account and when I check on my fizz mobile profile about her phone number, the number is still on service.

    Probably you cannot contact your mom in an other way.
    But if you can, try to ask her to reboot the phone

    If she did not take voicemail, you will get that.

    Also, please edit your post to remove the phone number.

    It means her phone is not connected to Fizz network.

    Possible issues:

    - Phone is not compatible with Fizz network.

    - Need to restart phone.

    - Enable airplane mode, then disable.

    - Need to opt for Fizz voicemail.
