Sim card transfer to another account

I ordered 3 sims cards for 3 phones. But now that I am thinking about it I would rather have 3 different accounts. For each of my kids. Can I activate one of the sim cards on a different account?
The sim cards have not been activated yet.

    Absolutely.
    Create 3 different accounts with different logins information and activate each sim card with an account.

    You can create the 3 accounts you can also delegate some control.

    As long as you haven't activated the sim card you can choose which account it will belong to. You can have all 3 seperate or 2 on 1 and another on it's own. It doesn't matter which account you order the sims from, only the account you use to activate it.
