Cannot setup voicemail?

I cannot setup my voicemail.
When it says to enter the phone number, I enter it and says "That doesn't seem right. Please enter a valid phone number."
My number starts with (343)202-XXXX

    Press on 1 for a bit of time it will call the voice mail. You should also got an SMS with your voice mail code in it. If you don't have it you should contact Fizz.

    make sure you have voicemail in your account, press 1 and keep holding it. If not working, contact fizz by facebook messenger.
