Toll free?

I tried calling a 1-833 number but it would not go through as it's apparently prohibited by my plan? Anyone else have this issue? I thought all toll free numbers that are Canada based would be fine? I have the Canada-wide plan.

    What plan di you have? Maybe it's a USA number.
