My internet still not working

Only power light open even if I rebut modem many times only power light stays on

It seems a cable problem, can you check the coaxial cable connection?

But in this situation if the cable is well connected, this can mean that you have internet problem in your sector

Did you try a factiry reset ? Hold the reset button for 10-15 secondes?
Try to disconnect your modem for 1 minute and then reconnect?

If you notice any red/orange light near the bottom, there may be a problem with the modem.

Videotron have some issues at the moment and Fizz got them too badly. It may take some times before the setvice came back like it was before!

Do you still have the problem. Everything is supposed to be fix on videotron side. So if its still not working after the power off/on contact the support team.
