So I selected my plan and pressed next and added my home address and pressed next and I selected my number and everytime i press next it loads and doesn't work it says next again

Can you try to login and do the procedure from your Fizz account? Users reported that they solved it doing that.

First time it also did it to me. After a certain priod of time, you have to refresh the page and do it again cause if your not fast enough, you are like auto-disconected.

If not, you can clear the browser cache and try with a new tab in private/incognito mode.
If the problem continues, you can contact customer support by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-in...
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Have you tried to clean the cache of your browser?
Or change of browser and open a session on incognito mode, it's supposed to work.
I suggest using the site in incognito mode. It’s sometimes a bit buggy! Don’t forget to use a referral code when you join!
