As far as we know, Fizz phone offers are still in beta test. So everyone's experience may be a little different. Keep in mind that others have mentioned receiving less than 10 points for every $ spent on their phone.
Here is what Fizz writes: "Buying a phone with Fizz will give you a nice boost in My Rewards. And the higher the level, the more generous the rewards are."
