Are upgrades transferred to improved home internet plan ?

I recently upgraded my internet plan from 30 to 60 Mbps download and I noticed on my first bill that my upgrades are no longer applied (2$+1$ savings) even though they still show in the slots as active. I tried to remove one and then re-apply it but that did not help and now I will not longer have that upgrade going forward. I have reached out to Fizz to resolve but was wondering if there have been similar issues with others ?

Yes this can happen when there is a plan change.

You did well to contact Fizz support. They should be able to correct the last bill for you.

As for removing the upgrade, you should not have done that. You can ask support if they can also help with that. If not, unfortunately you may have to wait until after the next renewal to reapply the upgrade.

You can Live Chat with customer support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-do-i-receive-my-rewards-program
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

If you have removed thoses bonuses into your account you will be obliged to wait the next billing cycle to reapply them.
Please, ask for help and contact the Fizz customer service by chat about it.
First, log to your Fizz account.
