Do you think Fizz will offer an IP phone service soon ?

I don't think so. They will probably stick to offering internet and mobile services because those are the most cost-efficient.

We also have to keep in mind that Fizz is trying to have a system that is as automated as possible so that they can offer lower prices. Adding other services would probably cost them too much, and they would end up increasing the price which would cause customer dissatisfaction.

I don't think so either. Most of the market is in internet and mobile. So that's what they stick with, especially as a discount provider.
