I m beta user for mobile plan but wondering if I add international plan on it this will suffer my beta plan cost ? Can anyone confirm

As Fizzy explained, as soon as you amend the plan to add international calling it is considered to be a plan change. Consider an international add on
I agree with Fizzy and StephanM, if you need the international plan for only a one or 2 months, maybe the add on would be better as you would keep your beta plan. If you need it for more time, you will have to look at the cost of the add on vs the cost of the current plans

As Fizzy mentioned, dont modify your actual mobile plan.
Just buy add-on for the lenght of time you need.
