Can we edit the voicemail prompt and intro settings?

You can skip them, but you cannot change them

While listening to a message:

Fast play (+10 seconds): Press 3
Rewind (-10 seconds): Press 1
To go to the end of the message: Press 3-3 (so the key 3, pressed twice)
To return to the beginning of the message: Press 1-1 (so the key 1, pressed twice)

To delete a message:

Once a message has been heard, press 7 to delete it. If you'd like to delete the message without listening to all of it, press 3-3 to go to the end, and then 7 to delete it.

Your voicemail has a 15-message maximum capacity. Once this has been reached, people who are trying to reach you won’t be able to leave you a message you’ll receive a text message each time someone tries to leave you a message.

You should delete the archived message, they count
