It’s says that i use 16 go on my internet (mobile)
It’ s clear that it’s impossible and i work from home and i am always connected to my wifi
Please could you help me ? I need to clarify this

Thank you for letting us know about this situation.
I just checked from my end and your consumption is nowhere near that value in the last 4 days or so.
You used 2.75GB on January 1st and 4.43GB on the 7th. Apart from that you just used a few MB here and there.

Yes, please check the usage on your phone. It always shows you the actual usage and which app uses the most. I suspect this is a simple display error.
