It is very disappointing to wait for the technician to come for more than 3 hours and then they simply do not show up. We have scheduled the appointment on January 7 and now we have to wait till tomorrow evening to reschedule? We already paid for the plan. What should be done in such case? This is not appropriate at all!

Sorry this has happened. It seems the technicians missed quite a few appointments today.
If no one comes today, you will be able to reschedule another appointment yourself from the account by going to My Plans >> Manage Plan >> Appointments. The 'Reschedule' button will appear there, once 24h passed since the appointment was due. You can then choose a new date and time that's best suited for you.

Please reschedule the appointment. The technicians has some problems today and didn't show up to a couple of appointments. Be assured though that you prepaid your first month. This month only starts once the technician has activated your modem.
