WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER FOR MY SIM i taught that the 1st time didnt work and place order again.
AS WELL I GOT 2 SIM CARDS but I need only one, can I return it please?

Sorry the SIM card are non returnable.
The SIM card do not expire and you can sell it if needed. They can be used by anyone activating a new Fizz plan.
You can also offer the SIM card to someone if they activate with your referral code. That's $25 credit for each of you. So it's win-win for both.
If you're a new customer, be sure to use a referral code when you activate to receive your $25 credit from Fizz.

You can choose mine or the code of someone who has helped you.
To be transparent, both parties will receive the bonus credit once you have paid your second bill.6 -
Unfortunately they are not refundable. However you could sell it on Kijiji4

You could still try to explain the situation to Fizz, but like it was already said, the SIM card is not refundable

I don’t think you can. Could you consider to give it to one of your relatives/friends or keep it as a backup number?1
