Experiencing 15-20 Mbps on my 120 Mpbs plan. There are no serice issues showing. And there seems to be no way to contact fizz? There is no chat bubble, no phone number to text (even though the support page says you can text/wahtsapp/call)
Anybody else experiencing issues in st laurent?

Can you try to use your mobile device to reach out to support! I did it today and it worked fine.
even on my phone, the contact page shows the whatsapp/fb messenger/imessage icons but they are just images, can't be clicked and there is no contact button etc.
I am signed in as well.
