Can you try to reboot the phone?

2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option

You should definitely try to reach out to support. There is not much we can do here at the Forum.
Did you try to call different numbers? Did you put you SIM card in a different phone? Did you restart the phone? Maybe this could help.
I'm having the same problem today. It looks like it isn't the first time happening
No idea, you should contact support, I don't think nay other clients will be able to fix this for you
