Did not receive my sim card but the tracking info states that it was delivered. What must I do now?

    Fizzy explained it perfectly. Try ordering a new SIM card and then reach out to customer support to receive a refund for the missing SIM card. Welcome to Fizz. Happy to have you :)

    If you are i Quebec today is the last day to get out at couchetard, might be worth a try to get up an running quickly. As others have mentioned be sure to contact support to get a refund as well

    Sorry for your sim card not received,
    It happens that the delivery has been done but someone has stolen it. They put your order in the front of the main entrance of your building.
    You'll be obliged to buy another sim card.
    If you're living in the great area of Mtl, you can buy one on Depanneur Couche-Tard.
    Check it before to go.
    Or order another sim card and choose a delivery adress of someone who is always at home.
    When you will activate this sim card, please, contact after the Fizz customer service and ask for a refund of the first sim card not received.
