How do I complete my internet registration when the site never loads past the appointment booking for Internet?

I am able to log in and put in my address but cannot get farther than the selection of the date of the appointment. The lighting logo appears and the circle spins around it endlessly.
I’ve tried this on different days and LTE and a wifi networks.

Can you try picking a different date?

you can contact Fizz support by chat

1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

Hi Pavel,

Can you try to use it in incognito mode on a different browser (firefox, chrome) on desktop. Sometimes this helps
