I haven't received my SIM card?

I've been waiting for more than a week. I checked the tracking number and it says it was delivered but I never received it

It seems that the SIM was stolen.

In this situation Fizz's support ask to buy a new one and after the activation, you can ask for a refund.

If you have a Couche Tard near by you can try to see if they have one, in this period if you have the Couche Tard's app you can have a coupon to have it for free till the 4th of jan 2021.

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at
2- Click on this link:
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

This is also a good time to join Fizz as they are giving $50 bonus credit to new customers (until January 6 2021).

If you plan to install the Couche-Tard app to get your free SIM card, you will need to register an email address. Make sure to click on the "use" now coupon only when you are ready to pay at the cash counter. Once the coupon is activated, your code is valid for up to 10 minutes. After that, you won't be able to use it again.

As Mike mention, once your Fizz plan is activated, don't forget to contact Fizz support to get refunded for the missing SIM card.
