Subscription/coverage area confusion

After our research for a mobile company we settled on Fizz. When searching on the subscription/coverage map, our address is in fact in both of these areas. However, when ordering the sim card, we get an error message saying this address is outside of the subscription area. What can be done?

    Mario,
    If you are living in the green subscription area of Fizz, you can subscribe to a Fizz mobile plan.
    For example, for someone is living in Gaspé, (in the pink area) cannot subscribe to Fizz mobile plan.

    We're happy to hear that you're considering our services! We're so sorry to hear about this situation, however. I can recommend during the ordering process when you get to the shipping address stage, to click on "I can't find my address". That way, you will be able to add everything manually and check whether indeed the address is available.
