Subscription/coverage area confusion

After our research for a mobile company we settled on Fizz. When searching on the subscription/coverage map, our address is in fact in both of these areas. However, when ordering the sim card, we get an error message saying this address is outside of the subscription area. What can be done?

I can recommend during the ordering process when you get to the shipping address stage, to click on "I can't find my address". That way, you will be able to add everything manually and check whether indeed the address is available. Can you also try doing the address lookup by entering your postal code. Do you see other house numbers for your area?

If the problem continues, you can Live chat with Fizz support:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on one of the help links from the Solution Hub, like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

If there's a participating Couche-Tard in your area, you can pick up a SIM card there.
You can check Fizz site for store availability:

Until January 4th 2021 or while supplies last, Couche-Tard offers the Fizz SIM card for free if you install their app and use the coupon when you are paying at the cashier.

Please also know that this is a good time to join Fizz as they are giving $50 bonus credit to new customers (until January 6 2021).

If you are living in the green subscription area of Fizz, you can subscribe to a Fizz mobile plan.
For example, for someone is living in Gaspé, (in the pink area) cannot subscribe to Fizz mobile plan.
