$25 rebate on mobile plan not working?

Hi so I have two "$25 rebate on mobile plan" perks/rewards, I figured I could use them this month. It's trying to charge me for my monthly bill though, and it failed because I don't have any money until Wednesday (visa debit). It says they're activated with 2 days left for expiration. Am I missing something?

did you activate the perks at least 48 hours before you new billing cycle?

You cannot make modification to your plan on the 48 hours and this must apply also to the perks

You can contact customer support by chat

1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-do-i-receive-my-rewards-program
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

$25 rebate on mobile plan are only for opening new lines though.
it doesn't work on current plans you already have. that's what the customer service confirmed me.
