I mistakenly requested to upgrade speed and my plan. How can I cancel this?

I requested to upgrade but I wanna cancel this. It will affect the next two days but I want to cancel and use my current plan for the next month. I clicked on delete request but it shows an error. Please help me with this.

    Usually all requests for plan changes have to be requested at least 48 hours in advance of your renewal date.

    If this is the case and you are getting an error, please close your browser and retry with another browser like Chrome. Or clear your browser cache and try with a new tab in private mode.

    If the problem continues, you can contact customer support by chat at any time 24/7:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
    3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-mobile-plan
    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    you have 48 hours to cancel. i suggest you contact fizz support.

    Thank you for letting us know about this and I'm sorry to inform you that any plan change you order cannot be cancelled and thus you'd need to change your plan back after the new payment cycle begins.
