The Upstream light on my newly installed modem is green. What does that mean? Is it supposed to be blue?

    Oren,
Normally, the uptream light of your modem is supposed to be blue when your internet connexion is working.
Check if your coaxial câble is well connected to your Fizz modem.
You can ask for support by contacting the Fizz customer service by chat.
    To chat with Fizz:
First, log to your Fizz account.
Then, click on the green interrogation point down to the right of the page.
Click on again the green chat bubble.

    Hi Gilles,
Thank you but that is exactly the same as the manual that came with the modem. I don't understand what it's saying about the green and blue light. I'm looking for a more indepth explanation please. It is still green this morning and every 15 minutes or so my devices that are connected to the wifi suddenly lose connection.
    Thanks,
    Oren

Hi Oren, mine is green as well and works perfectly. If you check the manual, it says that it is normal so I would be worried! Is your internet working btw?

Green is good, means 1 channel and blue means multi channel. So blue would be "faster" but depends on what speed plan you have etc.. So unless you see it's slower than you what you subscribed to you should be good.
