"Can't send message with Fizz, error 500"

Hello, I've run into a problem with sending and receiving income text messages, and simply accessing the internet while on mobile data. As put in the title, an error message pops up and I cannot send the text. Restarting my phone brings it back for a short time only, whereby I receive messages and can send them. I've tried removing the Sim card and reseting the network, which did help for a time, but now the problem persists again. I'm currently using a Huawei P30 Lite. Any suggestions?

Apologies for the unpleasant situation.

Please try after resseting the phone to enable airplane mode for 30s ~ 1min and after turn off and test. If the issue still persists, I suggest going to your phone's settings menu and change the network manually to a FIZZ Ext option (it does not matter which) and test for a bit if the issue still shows up.
