Invited user cannot login after accepting invitation?

I invited by email user under one of my plans, I see record about it under Add users in my plan.
User accepted invite, registered account.
But any attempt to login fails with error: There was an error. Try please later.
I deleted user from my plan. Invited again, accepted, registered - same result.
Does anyone has similar experience?

For this unfortunate situation, you must contact Fizz support.
you can Live chat with support at any time 24/7:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.3 -
