Now that Videotron has enabled it's 5G network when do you think we Fizz users might benefit of this?

It could take a while. Only Whizz can tell us the plans.

For now, I doubt Quebecor will want Fizz to compete directly with Videotron for clients.

I don't think fizz will get the highest technology. Videotron must stay competitive

I would like to have VoLTE before 5G....

fizz is an ecomonical subdivision, 5G will maybe offer but in few years.

I do not think it would be a priority for Fizz but if the demand is there, who knows ?

Just like PsykoB, I'd much rather have Voice over LTE (VoLTE) than having 5G. But I don't expect any of these to arrive soon. Fizz is a MVNO with a lower ArPU (Average revenue per User) therefore not priority for Quebecor group

I believe it will not happen anytime soon. 80% of the people doesn't use yet a 5G compatible phone. I think probably in 2yrs.
