I can't get anywhere with chat

I went to "Help - status of our service and then click on the chat button at the bottom right corner as it was explained to me and seen below. I click on the chat button and nothing happens.

You can Live chat with Fizz support at any time 24/7:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub like this one:
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

The service status page does not seem to work as well. For me, it shows that the reps are busy.

Try it from another page like this one:

Before clicking on the chat button, check the top right of the screen to make you are logged in.

Sorry, it happens that this Fizz service is temporarily not available.
The Fizz web site seems to be too busy at this moment.

Note that Fizz chat bubble appears only if they are not overloaded (they have a certain capacity).
Fizz also recommends to disable and ad blockers.
If it is not urgent, I have found the best way to contact them is via Facebook Messenger.

Write to them on Facebook Messenger. I've seen a couple of post today (mostly in french) saying that they can't find the help button. On Messenger, you are sure to be able to reach someone, even if it can take a couple of minutes before someone answers. Hope you were able to reach someone.
