How to fusion the two accounts (mobile + internet) if they both belong to one person but they were created by separated?

    you cannot, you need to close one plan and reopen in the other one

    You can also contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
    3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    The only solution to get only one account
    is to close one of your Fizz plan (maybe the Fizz internet residential is the better choice if you dont want to lose the price of your actual mobile plan).
    After doing it,
    Subscribe into the same account the Fizz residential internet service.

    Hi Dayrom,
    As the other have also mentioned here, there is no option to fuse your plans together under the same account but there is an alternative to this.
    You can cancel one of the plans and then reactivate it on the same payday/payment cycle renewal date of the other plan.
    For example, if your mobile plan monthly payment is due on the 30 of the month and your Internet plan monthly payment is due on the 12 of the month, you can cancel your mobile plan before the end of its current cycle( with at least 48h before that, of course ) so by the 30th it will be deactivated and then you can reactivate it on the 12th of the next month.
    This way, the paydays of both plans will coincide.
    This is the close as you can get to a plan fusion, as far as the payment date is concerned.
