Internet cuts from time to time?

So I'm not sure if it is my modem or the internet line, but my internet sometimes just stop for a couple seconds and then works again. At first i thought that maybe the wifi was the problem, but i also have an ethernet connection that sometimes also get that problem.

Hi David,

I had the same problem like you before. The reason I knew was that my alarm sent me notification when the WiFi lost. I bought a new router ($200), instead of using Fizz Modem. Everything is okay now - no even single cut for 3 months. I think Fizz Modem is not good for WiFi.

Sorry to ear about your problem.

Please unplug your modem for 2 minutes, after the reconnection wait another 2 minutes, then test your connection with a device connected directly to the modem by ethernet, if you can. Does the problem happening with WIFI only or even when your device is connected by ethernet cable?
