I didn't ship my fizz router and now I got charged $172.46. If I ship it this week, is it possible to get refunded? thank you

the rule state that the modem must be shipped within 15 days.
"IMPORTANT: You are required to return your Fizz Wi-Fi modem within 15 days after your unsubscription date, or else you will be charged the amount of $150 (plus applicable taxes)."
Try to contact the support and validate with them.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-return-my-wi-fi-modem
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Normally, you need to ship the modem within the next 15th days after cancelling your Fizz plan to no be charged for the modem.
Please, contact Fizz by chat today and follow their recommandations to send the modem and to get a refund.
