    Please change your account's password for security

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Hi Karim,
    I can see here that you were indeed charged for the reactivation of your Internet plan on Oct 14th but due to an error, the reactivation process was never completed as it is still pending.
    Rest assured, I'll escalate this situation to our specialized team and they'll handle it for you in the shortest time possible.
