I did not receive my sim card.
Please resend another sim with the correct address.
I contacted Canada post, The agent told me the apartment number is missing.

    Here we are users, you need to contact the support

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/when-will-my-fizz-package-be-delivered
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    I would contact support on this one. I also wouldn't recommend sharing personal information on a public message board.

    Hi Mohamed,
    Since you probably gave you apt number to Canada Post, are they not sending it back to you ?
    If not, you can also get a Fizz SIM card at a participating Couche-Tard. Call first to see if they have in store.
    Upon activating the second Sim card, ask Fizz and they will refund the first one that was lost.
