How do I make sure I am using 2.4 ghz and not 5 ghz with modem to pair globe lights

    Hi Bill

    You need to disable the band steering

    With your prefered browser go to 192.168.0.1

    login using the username cusadmin the password is your wifi password

    1- Go on Wireless → General settings → 5.0GHz
    2- Disable Band steering
    3- ATF → 2.4G and disable the ATF option
    4- ATF → 5G and disable the ATF option
    5- Click on save the modification

    The modem should reboot wait couple of minutes
