I can’t use my data’s from previous months, why?

I still have data from previous months but I can’t use it now!

Can you try to reboot the phone?

You have 2.5GB then you should be able to use them

Are you connected to Fizz or Fizz Ext?

If you are connected to Fizz Ext you need to enable the roaming data

Can you double check the APN configuration to see if an update modified the APN configuration?

Check that a mobile data usage limit has not been set on your phone.
Settings → Connections → Mobile data usage

If you are not able to solve it, you need to contact the support.

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

I'm sorry to hear this! Checking your account, I see that indeed you currently still have rollover data left. I also see a recent plan change regarding the coverage. I kindly wish to inform you that the data which was rolled over can only be used in the coverage your plan had at the time.
