Cable colors?

I'm looking into getting internet with Fizz for my apartment, but the management at my apartment said that for any internet provider besides Bell , needs to be installed using black or beige cables, white cables are not allowed. Can you confirm that if I purchase internet with you guys, that the installation will be done with black or beige cables?

Fizz uses the same technicians as Videotron. In every previous installation I have seen, they are using beige cables. As mentioned by Lieux, if you like to confirm, you can Live Chat with Fizz customer service: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

Kyle, Fizzy may be right with Videotron using beige cabling but I have white cables at my house so better make sure you get what you need by contacting customer support.

Hi Kyle. You may contact Support (here https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us), but I don't think they know what cable color will bring the tech to you. In this case, you have to wait the technician, and tell him what color you need. He may have more colours for cables in his truck, or if not he is only one to give you an answer if is possible, and you will eventually have to reschedule for another day. Tell us if you need more info.
