Display number on SIM Card - Update?

I've reset all the network AND the 'downloaded sim card' (whatever that is), nothing happened. When I take the sim card out, the number disappears (duh), but it comes back whenever I put the chip on again.
It annoys me - it's working alright, but having a number that's not the right one, messes with my TOC ¬¬

REsuming, the number was migrated from bell, everything went smooth. THEN I've changed it for an easier number, the system works, but the display in "About > Phone number" is still the same old one. Got it? :(

Hi Raffmei,

Did you try to contact the support, they can push the number to your phone (they can push the provisioning)

If you can give it a day or two this situation should be solved, your phone will receive the information

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

You can also use facebook for this kind of problem, it is a bit slower

I'm sorry to learn about this displeasure that the inaccurate display causes.
I'd recommend you have your phone checked into service or contact its manufacturer because this is not an error caused by our system.
