How can I control the aces to WiFi for the different connected devices

Hi Igor
Wifi access can be controlled by each device or for specific websites.
Go to 192.168.0.1 and logon cusadmin with your wifi password.
At the top green bar, click on the "Wireless" tab. Go to "Access Control", where you can block devices by mac address.
At the top green bar, click on the "Security" tab. Go to "Device Filter" where you can manage the devices by day and time.
At the "Security" tab, go to "Keyword Filter" where you can block certain keywords or url address by day/time.
Also if you want to control access for guests:
You can also do it through your browser.
Go to http://192.168.0.1/login.htm
Enter user: cusadmin and your wifi password
Go to menu "Wireless" >> "Basic Settings" >> "Guest"
Set "Enable Guest Network" on "ON".
Enter your desired "Guest Network Name (SSID)" for 2.4 GHz
and/or "Guest Network Name (SSID) 5G" for 5 GHz.
Enter "Guest Network Password". For security purposes, you should use a different password.
Click on "Save Changes"

here we are users,
you can connect the router using your browser or Fizz app
Open an Internet browser and enter 192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
Identify yourself using the following login information:
Username: cusadmin
Password: **enter your Wi-Fi password**
The manual it is for the generic firmware, however, the Fizz's modem has a custom firmware therefore you can find some differences

Fizz provides one device for home internet. It is the Hitron 2-in-1 modem/router combo.
If you need to contact Fizz support, they can be reached by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-payment-cycles-work
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Hi Igor,
You can use the Fizz Wi-Fi app to control your device's connection.
More information on it can be found here:

For Parental Control you'd have to go to the tab called My devices within the app and check on the options for each device you use.
