VPN protocols on CODA-4680?

Three weeks ago, I did a chat with Fizz to find out how to set up ExpressVPN on my CODA-4680. I visited 192.168.0.1 to find out all the options available with the modem/router. I could not see any of the typical VPN protocols, like OpenVPN, IKEv2, or L2TP.
I was told that the modem supports the iPsec, L2TP and PPTP protocols for VPN in the Security tab, next to the Keyword Filter, of the modem interface (192.168.0.1). However, it is not there (I sent a screenshot during the chat) and I was told that my query was being escalated and I should received an email upon resolution. That was three weeks ago. Anyone else has that question or has found the VPN protocols?
