Hi,
My new cycle begins today. I have been trying to add international calling starting today . But , it didn’t let me do it so far. It let me add it today, but the offer is valid only next month. Could you please let the offer start from today ?

If you want to add international calls on your mobile plan, this option will be active only the next billing cycle of your plan.7 -

You cannot modify your account the 48 hours before the renewal, this was why you did not have the opportunity to do it.
For this month, the only 2 options available are, add money in your Fizz’s wallet or buy an addon
Using your phone number as your alias in a public forum is not a good idea8 -

Adding International calling to your plan is a good option to get maximum calling time for $5.
However it is considered a plan change and must be done at least 48 hours before your plan renewal.
To use international calling right away, you have 2 choices atm:
- Buy add-on for international calling (example $6 for 60 mins).
- Put money in your wallet and use it as pay-as-you-go. The benefit with this option is that you are free to call anywhere, as this option is not tied to a specific country. But the calling rates are more expensive (example: $0.30 per minute).

Note that unlike the first option, these last 2 choices are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew with your plan. And if needed, they can be purchased again.4
