I need to order a new sim card?

I tried going into manage my plans to change sim card, but then I get a chat box so I typed in the chat box, then he says try this link but I get a blank page. I've tried 6 times. I just want a new sim card to be delivered asap.

Hello helenna,
Apologies for the situation experienced.
If you have lost your SIM card or phone, you will have to follow the steps Overview > Get started > Mobile > order a new SIM card so that you can order a new SIM.
When you have the new SIM, contact us by chat so that we can do the change for you then.
