Why won’t my building show up as residential?

I am moving to 8968 rue airlie which is a brand new condo and I wanted to get service but you don’t recognize it as residential

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    You can take a look on Videotron website if that works. Since Fizz uses Videotron's service, if they can get you access, so can Fizz.

    Just contact the Fizz customer service by chat and ask them if there is internet service available in this new building.
