Support Chat Bubble Missing...

Hi, I'm having an issue accessing my voice mail because I don't remember my PIN and I was trying to reach the support team on the Fizz web site but for some reason I can't find the chat bubble to reach the support team. Please let me know if this is a known issue and how to reach Fizz support team. Thanks

Modifiy your access code (PIN) to access your voicemail online, directly from your Fizz account.

(Under: My plans > Manage my plan > Advanced parameters > PIN to access my voicemail)

IMPORTANT: Unsafe sequences will be refused (for example : 1234, 8888, etc.).

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

You should see a chat bubble at the bottom right of any support pages to get in touch with Fizz during their open hour.

The bubble will display when a fizz rep is available during their business hours. Hopefully you were able to fix your voicemail!
