Based on your screenshot, it looks like something happened to your account on August 6th.
Was your plan supposed to renew that day, but failed possibly due to problem with the card?

In any case if you feel that a mistake was made, you should contact Fizz support to straighten out this matter. As mentioned, they are available for chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday.

Probably you should see with the support, because 2 personne cancel on the same day it is strange

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

They will only be cancelled if the referral bonus if your friend didn’t make their second payment or your account was deactivated. If it isn’t either of these contact support.
