How do I setup a router to Fizz modem?

I recently bought a wifi6 router, tplink ax3000, I followed the instructions on the booklet, but when I was trying to login the https://192.168.0.1/ to setup my wifi name and password, it didnt work, I was transfered to a Fizz page asking my user name and password, , my Fizz password didnt work. Can anyone help?

First of all you need to configure your Fizz's modem in bridge modem
The users is cusadmin and the password is the wifi password
