What features / improvements from Fizz would you like to see in the future?

Fizz offers some neat benefits and good prices but what do you miss the most and would love to see in the foreseeable future?

If they can keep the price as they are for existing customers and the fiability of the mobile and internet service stay the same, I don't need anything else.

A technical team that have some technical skills.

A simple and well designed app where you can manage your fizz account and customize your plans, have access to the community forum, all streamlined.

VoLTE, Visual Voicemail and Wifi Calling but the most important, Customer service agent that can do more than just opening ticket. Imagine having to chat 1 time and have your issue fixed right away!

Better perks for active members of the community. I am sure Mike, Fizzy, Lieux, and others have helped a lot of people and saved their customer support line a lot of extra chatters.

I got one more, A clean interface for seeing your accounts. Why do I have to click on one area to add a travel add-on, but not in the regular add-on area. Or transaction history is on one page but not the other.

Clicking on manage plan should give you all of the available options.

No wonder no one can find the link they are looking for without asking on this forum!

I don't want Fizz to develop too much, because it will have to increase its prices like the others. They have to make smart changes in order to keep the customers that come with Fizz for the low prices.

If I would like to have top service and pay a high price, I would have to stay with Telus;)

A fourth slot would be nice.I only had one problem once solved promptly by the customer service.

Thought of another, when you click on contact us on their website the Chat bubble should appear. None of the searching for a help topic, scrolling down to find a chat box. Also fix the search engine on the website so it can return more relavent solutions.

It would be nice to swaps the Perks instantly at anytime. Of course until the last few days of the cycle.

Keep the same service for the same price and not increasing it on a regular basis "because the competition does it" as I've been told many times by my former supplier. :)
