Poor signal strength in St Laurent, Quebec?

I've been experiencing low signal strength and poor sound quality in my calls, my cellular data quality degraded as well.
Is it a new issue with the fizz network or am I the only one experiencing that?

If you have problem with your phone did you try your Sim in a different phone to verify if it’s a problem with your phone or your Sim?
